Christmas and New Year Bin Collections
PLEASE NOTE:
If your usual collection day is WEDNESDAY 25TH (CHRISTMAS DAY) your collection date will be BROUGHT FORWARD to SATURDAY 21ST DECEMBER.
Other changes to collection days are:

As usual, you can leave any flattened large cardboard by the side of the brown-lidded recycling bin on the collection day for that bin.
Search for your address on Oadby and Wigston Borough Council’s web site to check your collection dates.
Casepak list items that can and cannot be put in the recycling bin. For example, wrapping paper can be recycled as long as it has no glitter, fabric or embellishments.
Remember that the Oadby Waste Site has different opening times over Christmas. There are also various clothing and other recycle banks located in the Borough. Recycle More has a directory of these.
